Tell Congress: Protect Victims of Military Sexual Assault

Add your name

The latest Defense Department report should send chills down our spines: Fewer than 3 in 10 victims of sexual assault trust the chain of command enough to report the atrocious crime committed against them.

This is a broken system screaming for immediate reform. We have to demand it from Congress – until we get it.

The Military Justice Improvement Act would transfer the decision to prosecute outside the chain of command, freeing victims to speak out without fear of retribution or punishment.

Just this year alone, a shocking 20,000 instances of rape, sexual assault and unwanted sexual contact occurred in our military. It's too many and the system is as broken as ever.

Help fight for a system worthy of the men and women who serve in our military by adding your name now in support of the Military Justice Improvement Act.
